Tourwith.com utilizes data sources from several different sites: Tickets are available from TicketMaster, Information on tours, and band information comes straight from the band’s MySpace.com profile, Official band website, and the band’s record label’s website. The map utilizes google maps and The rating system within Tourwith.com comes straight from the users of Tourwith.com.
Within Tourwith.com you are able to:
Buy tickets to an upcoming show.
View ratings on previous shows: Rating system tells if show was good or bad, and are based on two things: Venue and Band performance.
View information about upcoming shows: Venue location, time doors open for the show, and where to buy tickets and other bands preforming.
View tour route in map format. Click on a stop on the tour and view information.
The red line on the map is shows already preformed, and the green line are shows that are next on the tour. Click on the shows on the green line and view concert information and or buy tickets through TicketMaster.com.

We have created the website Tourwith.com. The point of Tourwith.com is to connect fans of music with the actual touring creators of music: the band. Our site is targeting any person or persons that frequent concerts or just have a favorite band or bands that they want to see on tour. Tourwith.com allows a fan to see the most recent and previous tour routes of any band that we have in our databases. Tourwith.com also allows the user to buy tickets, check information on venues and show times, and also view or use our concert rating system. Tourwith.com is your one stop touring band and concert information center.
Bias in the news?
I was watching the debates tonight and i decided to search the internet to see who is giving these two guys(pres. candidates) money to run for president? I stumbled upon this website: Opensecretes.org
I was watching CNN (owned by Time Warner), and Obama made a comment about Fox News (News Corp.) and how they are bias (we’ve all heard about the bias against Democrats). So i looked up how much money these two companies gave in contributions to the presidential candidates….both companies gave twice as much money to the Obama campaign than to the McCain campaign…is there really a bias?

NEW RESULTS FROM M TURK
I just got two more Websites containing art, or related subjects to art. As i explained before I sent out the task of supplying me with websites that contained art: as a design student i am always looking for new ways to be inspired. I have now received three responses from workers at m turk. The first was spam. The second and third are much more useful. One was kind of interesting. Its a magazine call Beneath Ceaseless Skies that describes itself as a new online magazine dedicated to publishing the best in “literary adventure fantasy.” See For Yourself
The other response has a lot more to it. It is a complete list of art periods, museums, and websites. It seems to be a syllabus from Polomar college’s art department. I guess this can be useful, but they didn’t really follow my directions, but it does include websites so i paid them. Can’t show them here because the link will not work and it will not let me copy and paste…so if you really want to see what the syllabus from Polomar College’s art department looks like and contains come see me.
